I’m Kenneth. I like to work on interesting problems in the intersection of AI and biology. Outside of work, I try to maximize my unique experiences in life and create lots of things.

june 2024Moved to LA to work at the Ellison Medical Institute, where I built protein diffusion models for oncology programs.

may 2024Graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a B.S. in math, computer science, biology, and a B.A. in philosophy from Claremont McKenna College.

apr 2024Completed my senior thesis, winning best senior thesis award at HMC.

may 2023Worked at bionaut labs for a summer, building computer vision models for tracking viral drug delivery in rodent brains.

may 2022Worked at the smithsonian research institute for a summer, building bioinformatics pipelines for genome skimming coral reefs.

may 2021Did research in the bee lab for a summer, building computational models of arboreal ant nest selection.
